Light Cleaning - We define light cleaning as a light wipe down; no scrubbing or deep cleaning involved. The light cleaning category is for homes that have been maintained by regular housekeeping. A brief run-down of service consist of spotting for finger prints dusting and cleaning bathroom areas, kitchen areas, vacuuming, sweeping, moping and taking out the trash and additional services catering to your specific needs.
Bath & Kitchen Only - This is an option where we'll focus on your bath and kitchen only. This is for those who need help with cleaning but would rather adhere to a limited cleaning. NO other areas will be addressed. We realize that many people could use the extra help with cleaning but prefer not to have a full blown top-to-bottom clean.
Deep Cleaning - Our cleaning area of expertise is move out/in cleaning and we have over 16 years under our belt. We consider our move out cleaners to be the best in Central Ohio; thanks to our people, our commitment, and our high cleaning standards. Our Top-to-Bottom category is where the entire unit needs cleaned from top to bottom. Dirt or dust built up and or excessive debris and or pet hair.
All of our house cleaning services are billed hourly - Starting from 2 hours up to 8 hours. Our cleaners work swiftly are instructed to begin with bathrooms and kitchens first. Our 2-hour minimum is more for maintained homes and apartments. We RECOMMEND more time for a Move Out/Move In cleaning service. IF YOU'RE A PET OWNER-- we require a minimum of 3 hours with 2 cleaners. MOVE OUT/IN CLEANING for larger homes almost, always require more cleaning time, especially if its a deep clean. We RECOMMEND a minimum of 3.5 hours/3 cleaners for MOVE OUT CLEANING for larger homes that have 2.5+ bathrooms. Once the maximum hours you have chosen have been reached, the cleaners are obligated to stop even if the entire cleaning checklist has not been completed.
Feel free to stay or run errands while the cleaning is being done; although we do ask that you return at least 10 minutes before the time is due to expire - so a house walk-through can be completed while the cleaners are still onsite.

Team dispatching is based upon your individual service request and the level of cleaning required. We normally assign in teams of 2's and 3's up to a 6 person team. If your service is a repeat/regular visit, we try to dispatch the same team each visit but it's not necessarily guaranteed. If your regular cleaning team is unavailable the day of your scheduled cleaning we will contact you prior to sending a new member(s). All of our cleaners are professional and trained.
Please Note: If you would like to include the interior parts of your cabinets, cupboards, drawers and refrigerator we ask that you remove all items from your cabinets and drawers and take all your food out of the refrigerator. You can place your items on a table or counter. We'll need the refrigerator completely emptied out. When we clean an interior part of a refrigerator we remove any shelving, compartments and other removable surface area from the refrigerator to fully wash. We spray and wipe the inside from top-to-bottom. We then dry off the shelving, compartments and other removable surface areas before placing it back inside the refrigerator. Doing it this way makes it more efficient and effective and will save you plenty of time and hassle. If you prefer not to remove your items from the interior parts of your cabinets, cupboards, drawers and refrigerator and would prefer for the cleaners to do this keep in mind your maximum allotted time may be reached before any other task is completed.
Add laundry service to any house cleaning package for an additional $22.75 per hour. As we clean your house we'll do your laundry. You provide the laundry detergent, softener, hangers, etc. and let us know where the dirty clothes are kept. The cleaners will wash, dry, fold/hang per your laundry preferences. If no preference is given all washed items will be put in the dryer. Currently we do not provide service for dry cleaning, bedding or ironing. This service is not available as a pick up and drop off, all laundry is cleaned using your washer and dryer.
Our carpet cleaning team leader has over 22 years of experience in cleaning carpets - from basic carpet cleaning service to pet stain and odor removal; we got you covered! We use steam cleaners with a Rhombus rotating machine.

An area is defined as steps, hallway, or any room under 240 square feet; Since we regularly quote without seeing your project - Any area discovered to be over 240 square feet after we arrive onsite will be charged accordingly.
